Data Deletion Policy

All In Tech Labs Limited ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to providing you with control over your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how we handle your data when you choose to disconnect your Facebook account or request data deletion.

1. What Happens When You Disconnect

When you disconnect your Facebook account from our platform or revoke authorization through Facebook's settings, we will automatically delete the following data associated with your Facebook account:

• Your Facebook User ID
• Your Facebook account name
• Your Facebook access tokens
• Any cached data from your Facebook ad accounts, pages, and Business
• Campaign data and analytics retrieved from your Facebook account

2. Data Deletion Timeline

Upon disconnection or receiving a deletion request:

• Immediate: Your Facebook access tokens are invalidated and deleted from our systems.
• Within 24 hours: All cached Facebook data is permanently removed from our active databases.
• Within 30 days: Any backup copies containing your Facebook data are purged from our backup systems.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Facebook-related data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Through Our Platform

Log in to your All In Tech account, navigate to the Facebook Accounts page under Ad Publishing, and click the "Disconnect" button next to the account you wish to remove.

Option 2: Through Facebook

You can remove our app's access to your Facebook account directly from Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Click on "Apps and Websites" in the left menu
3. Find "All In Tech" in the list of active apps
4. Click "Remove" to revoke access

When you remove our app through Facebook, we will receive a notification and automatically delete your data.

Option 3: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your registered email address
• Your Facebook account name (as it appears in our platform)

We will process your request within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email once complete.

4. Data We May Retain

After deletion, we may retain certain limited information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Transaction records: If you made purchases using our services, we retain transaction records for accounting and tax purposes as required by law.
• Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Legal compliance: Any data required to be retained by applicable laws, regulations, or court orders.

5. Deletion Confirmation

After we process your data deletion request, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Facebook Data Deletion Callback

In compliance with Facebook Platform Terms, we support Facebook's Data Deletion Callback. When you remove our app from your Facebook settings, Facebook notifies us, and we automatically initiate the data deletion process described above.
